How We Fulfill Bulk & Wholesale Orders
1) Inquiry & Specification
- Share product list, mesh, packing, destination & INCOTERM (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP).
- For PL: send logo, brand guide, barcode strategy.
2) Samples & Approval
- Henna/Indigo/herb samples by courier for aroma, mesh & paste tests.
- Artwork proof (dielines) for private label packs.
3) PO & Payment
- Confirm quantities, SKUs, print specs & timelines.
- Payments: T/T advance; L/C at sight for eligible volumes.
4) Production & QC
- Milling, sieving, and in-process checks; batch logs & lot codes.
- Retention samples kept per SOP; optional COA/spec summary.
5) Packing & Palletization
- Bulk PP bags with inner liner; retail pouches/jars with labels.
- Export cartons; palletize or floor-load as agreed.
6) Documentation & Dispatch
- Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB; Phyto/fumigation if required.
