Shipment Photos & Tracking

  • Packing photos before dispatch (on request).
  • Tracking milestones: gate-in, sailing, arrival, delivery.
  • Document scans shared for pre-clearance.

Milling/sieving (powders), cone line (cones); batch logs, lot codes, retention samples.

Bulk PP + liner / retail pouches / jars; destination labels & barcodes as agreed.

4) Documents

Invoice, PL, COO, BL/AWB; Phyto/fumigation where required; insurance (CIF).

5) Dispatch

Sea/Air/Express; palletized or floor-load; tracking shared until delivery.

6) After-Sales
